This 18 year old woman was very self-conscious about her breast asymmetry and the amount of sagging she had on both sides. She underwent bilateral breast lift and reduction to try to achieve closer symmetry and restore perkiness to her breasts that is more appropriate at her age. Post-op photo was taken at 14 weeks.
